Administrator training

The first day will cover some of the core topics, focusing on understanding the infrastructure of the database and key ways to tailor it to individual needs. This is followed by modular exercises on topics such as Membership, Case Management, Contributions and CiviRules. 

Day two will compare the reporting tools, including an in-depth look at SearchKit using different examples to understand what’s possible; followed by an exploration of the form tools. We’ll look at the built-in FormBuilder and compare this against other options available for embedding forms into your website. Finally, an overview of the most common extensions for CiviCRM will be given. 

Across both days, you will have a chance to explore the core functionality of CiviCRM so you are better equipped to determine the best methods for your own requirements. This training is designed for users who are already familiar with CiviCRM and want to advance their knowledge of the database and its functionality. You will need to bring your own laptop that can connect to WiFi.
